Shipping policy

At JM Shop, we aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within a few days after being shipped.
